Our Mission

The mission of the Partnership is, from a community partner perspective, to enhance the Military Value of Robins Air Force Base and the Military Value of the Middle Georgia community.

Robins Air Force Base’s Military Value is founded in its unique ability to provide the Department of Defense a very large installation that can and does host:

  • A variety of joint, defense, and/or Air Force operations to include flying missions, free of any restrictions
  • A large organic, industrial complex Force capable of performing joint, defense, and/or Air Force missions IAW Title 10
  • A large regional storage and distribution mission
  • A variety of joint, defense, and/or Air Force weapon systems sustainment missions
  • A variety of joint, defense, and/or Air Force support missions (i.e., DLA, DISA, DRMO, etc)

Accordingly, the Partnership acts as the community focal point for ensuring:

  • The ability to operate a variety of missions at Robins free of any operational restrictions (i.e., encroachment, environmental, etc)
  • The community’s ability to support current and new missions
  • The community support and infrastructure necessary to ensure Middle Georgia remains conducive for military missions
  • The identification and implementation of community and installation partnerships
  • The community’s ability to provide a trained and qualified work force
  • Defining and measuring the quality of life support afforded to assigned personnel and families by the Middle Georgia communities

Additionally, the Partnership is the centralized organization for:

  • Organizing and executing Middle Georgia’s ability to support the Base’s strategic plans
  • Providing assistance to personnel transitioning to Middle Georgia with new mission assignments
  • Advocating Middle Georgia’s commitment to Robins Air Force Base throughout the State of Georgia, Washington, D.C., and across the nation
